These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jlq Casino ("jlq," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jlq.app. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jlq platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

jlq Casino offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

jlq Casino shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Loss of data or corruption of data

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jlq Casino's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Termination by You: You may close your jlq account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, you must withdraw any available balance. Accounts with pending bonus wagering requirements may have associated bonus funds forfeited upon closure. jlq Casino will process your final withdrawal within the standard processing timeframe.

Termination by jlq Casino: jlq Casino reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms

Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to first contact jlq Casino's support team and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. jlq Casino will make reasonable efforts to resolve all player complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

Formal Disputes: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.
